Very comfy however only drawback is it pushes your chest together and I feel it’s all in the one place. My other sports bras seperate your breasts and minimise them. This one I feel emphasises them. There are no seperate cups inside. Got it in the sale otherwise would have returned

It’s the best one I’ve ever had. Keeps everything in place and is really comfortable. I have a large chest so this is really important to me.
